There was grand opening across town and I just had to stop in. The manager said I could shoot all I want but if I wanted to publish anything I’d have to run it past corporate first. I emailed him the pics and now waiting for a reply…… April 10th – still waiting.

I’m at the monument sitting under my tripod shooting up and this fellow walks over and starts chatting with me. He’s visiting from Half Moon Bay in Cali and he’s in DC seeing relatives. His name is Jeff Hershman and he sells (manager) Toyota in Hayward, CA. Really nice guy, if I had 25k on me, I would have bought a car from him right there. I mentioned HDR with a short explanation and then told him to visit my website to see what it looks like. He rounds up his family, drives to the airport, gets on the plane and flys 3500 miles, lands in Cali drives home and logs onto my website and emails me just to say hey it was nice meeting you. Now there’s a guy that’s a people person.

Bermuda has lots of small beaches if you want to get away from the crowds.

      Hi Bret, It’s called “9 Beaches” http://www.9beaches.com/ They appear to be closed at this time for renovation 🙁 It is a great place to stay if you don’t mind “roughing” it a little in the huts.ReplyCancel
