Your time and efforts were well spent. That top one is really amazing. Sometimes here in Florida we get a dusk rainstorm and when it stops, the sky is a yellowy color that gives everything a coloring almost just like this. Very moody.
I like the bottom one too. I wonder if this was along a path? Here in Florida they’ll trim some of the sharper edges so that passers by won’t be skewered. I posted a couple of pics of some on my blog one day if you care to see them. Maybe they really were trimmed.
