Washington DC is pretty crazy this time of year. Thousands of people come to see over 3000 Cherry Blossoms in full bloom. The Tidal Basin has a large sidewalk and walkers are slowed to a crawl. I escaped to a quiet place like this and waited for the sun to go down.
The torch burns in DC, nah but looks like it.
